COLLECTION MANAGER
 
REPORTS TO: ML Loans Division Head
LOCATION: MAKATI Office: 29th Floor Yuchengco Tower 2, RCBC Plaza, Ayala Avenue, Makati City
DEPARTMENT: Credit Department
DIVISION: ML Loans Division
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the performance of the collections portfolio across all ML loan products for accuracy and efficiency within the appointed turnaround time
Handles all collection appointments in full accordance within financial policies and procedures
Monitors and reviews cheque transactions: transmittal and retrieval for deposit aligned with the monitoring from Finance Division
Develops end-to-end retail collection strategies to optimize loan recovery and reduce delinquency including non-performing (NPLs)
Ensures compliance on financial regulatory requirements
Initiates collection improvements on efficiency whilst preserving client relationship
Performs other ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field
Strong business knowledge of collections processes credit lifecycle management, delinquency risk mitigation, and debt recovery tools
Professional experience in retail collections or credit risk management with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge in regulatory frameworks governing consumer debt collection (e.g. BSP guidelines or equivalent local regulation)
Experience with collections-related technologies and business tools
Knowledgeable of loan restructuring, write-off recovery and vendor performance management
COMPENSATION: 45,000.00 (basic)
