The Collection Assistant is responsible for executing collection activities accurately and in a timely manner. He/she will ensure that the collection efficiency target is achieved. Part of the responsibility of the Collection Assistant is to support, monitor, and closely coordinate with the collection agencies, and resolve SDQ tickets assigned to the team within turn-around time.
