Ericsson is looking for talent candidates for an exciting job opportunity - Global CoE Cost Data Management Specialist. What you will do
Work in a global-scale organization with a diversity culture
Manage Ericsson global cost related master data (cost center, work center, internal orders etc) and be accountable for the data quality compliant to Ericsson Financial Model (adoption of IFRS).
Maintain master data for chargeable workforce to enable the time-reporting and cost allocation (CoS)
Support Line Managers, HR function or FA/controllers (organizational cost, o/u absorption, utilization & billability, etc) or budget uploading.
Collaborate with stakeholders in projects, e.g. new company setup, modernization etc to assure cost master data structure and readiness
Collaborate with relevant Process Owners for continuous process optimization
You will bring
Bachelor degree (or above) in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, etc.
Solid understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.), Data analytic tool and SAP experience is a plus.
Able to work with virtual teams remotely
Good comprehension, able to complete with speed and accuracy; Excel in analytical thinking, problem solving and task planning
Strong sense of autonomy and accountability, ability to work towards operational excellence
Proficient English in oral and written. Communicate concisely and logically; Able to influence others and maintain stakeholder relationship with strong communication skills
Additional Requirement:
Cost Center/Cost-related Master Data Management Experience
Average/Advance Excel Skills
Flexible with Schedules
