CMI Executive - Your future position?
Location: Pasig City, The Philippines
Reporting to: Consumer Market Insights Manager
Overall Objective: Participate in market research projects by gathering data and running analysis of market and consumer information, in order to build consumer understanding in line with the project objectives. Country-specific expertise.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage MR projects by applying appropriate methodology recommended by a more senior CMI manager, setting up tests, management and quality control of field forces, running data analysis, and sharing of results with the guidance of a more senior CMI manager
Analyze research data, ensure CMI data is stored centrally and accessible for future reference, re-use existing information before developing new projects. Use statistical programs and analytical tools to analyze data, prepare results in the format of easy to read tables, charts, and text reports or presentations
Support CMI managers on Fragrance Family coordination and execution
Support Regional CMI Managers under their supervisions and assist them on their regional projects and CMI budget /expenditure tracking
Coordinates market research logistics required for the project with the agencies and laboratory assistant (i.e. materials, product samples for testing)
Facilitate & Moderate qualitative face-to-face work (FGD, home visit, ethno)
Perform quality check of fieldwork with fieldwork partners through field observation

Functional/ Technical Skills:
Verbal and written command of English (and local language as required)
Proficiency in using common PC applications (word, excel, ppt)
Proficiency in using data analysis software (SPSS, xlstat, Matlab)
Good understanding and use of inferential and multivariate statistics and experimental design. with supervision of a more senior CMI manager when needed
Good analytical skills
Pay attention to the details, thorough and excellent problem-solving skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Understand the principles of qualitative and quantitative MR methods as applied to fragrance testing
Basic understanding of fragrance (olfactive families, main benchmarks etc.) is a plus
Academic Background:
University Degree/Master's Degree (Marketing, Data Analysis, Statistics, Science, Math, Economics, Communication)
Professional Experience:
3 - 4 years of experience in market research
