Responsibilities:
Develops, evaluates, and implements equipment Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs and effective options for repairs
Analyzes historical breakdowns and formulates long term solutions to recurring problems by recommending modifications, replacement of non-durable spare parts.
Upgrading technician's technical knowledge and skills, procurement of new and additional tools and other strategies that would help in reducing the frequency of unplanned downtime and repetitive breakdowns
Analyzes causes of deviations to target and identifies specific areas to initiate improvements
Develops and maintains good customer relationships
Identifies and resolves customer's needs leaving no complaint unaddressed
Seeks opportunities constantly for greater customer satisfaction
Conducts training to restaurant team members, managers and plant personnel on general maintenance, basic troubleshooting and proper use of equipment to avoid unnecessary breakdowns caused by misuse or abuse
Manages resources including financial, inventory, manpower, tools and equipment
Sets plans and conducts periodic reviews of direct reports performance
Trains, coaches and develops direct reports
Requirements:
Licensed Mechanical Engineers
Willing to do field work, and amenable on a flexible working schedule
Sensitive to project deadlines
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and can do multitasking
Preferably residing in South area
