Proficiency in hardware, software, network an internet configuration, installation and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in common office applications (e.g. document, spreadsheet, presentation);
Basic to advance knowledge of a variety of software (e.g. anti-virus, office applications, firewall, etc.)
Basic to intermediate knowledge in AWS Cloud services.
1 year of experience in handling AWS Cloud Services
Basic understanding of database systems.
Knowledge of programming language (e.g. Javascript, Java, etc) is a plus.
