Duties will include:
• Deploy client environments in the company's Outsourcing Services (AOS)
• Install, upgrade, patch and configure company's proprietary applications
• Publish applications in Citrix
• Ensure environments pass Disaster Recovery tests
• Assist in testing and updating existing runbooks
• Support SaaS operations for the company's applications hosted services, including application troubleshooting
• Collaborate with team members and mentor junior staff
• Develop and/or follow detailed project plans, schedules and related project documentation
• Manage infrastructure projects from inception to production support
Competency Requirements
Competency is based on: education, training, skills and experience. In order to adequately perform the responsibilities of this position the individual must have:
• Experience in administering cloud applications utilizing Windows, Citrix and VmWare
• Experience with SQL Server 2012 or above
• Extensive experience in providing application and system support including experience working with manufacturer support to resolve technical issues
• Results-driven self-starter with the ability to complete work independently within a collaborative environment
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, execute according to project schedules, provide operational support, and deliver results with a high level of quality
• Ability to rapidly learn new technologies to implement and support a fast paced environment
• Proficiency in system analysis and ability to provide supporting documentation
• 5+ years Systems Administration experience
• TCP/IP, DHCP, WINS, DNS, Active Directory and GPO administration
• Experience with common Windows-related protocols, e.g. Kerberos, NTLM, DNS, LDAP/S, Global Catalog
• Microsoft Certification required
• VmWare and Citrix certifications highly desirable
