Our Phenomenal Opportunity
Ericsson Philippines is growing! We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.
You will
Conduct in-depth discussions with customers on 5G technology introduction and network evolution strategy and delivery
Work closely with the team and the client
Analyze the delivery towards the client
Plan the implementation of the product configuration/integration work
Perform product design and configuration
Execute integration and migration work
Prepare system test, module test, and acceptance test procedures
You will work to identify and drive improvements.
Perform knowledge sharing and collaboration.
To be successful in the role you must have
Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Master's in Science is advantage.
Experience in Packet Core Network, knowledge of Ericsson Packet Core Systems would be a plus.
Experience in virtualization, container platforms, preferable with Ericsson Packet Core Systems.
Experience in cloud deployments, preferable with Ericsson Hyperscale Data System / Cloud Execution Environment environments.
Well knowledge of Cloud and Virtualization technologies - Openstack, NFVI, SDN, Docker/Container and Kubernetes.
VMWare, Public Clouds (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) knowhow is a plus.
Knowledge in Linux OS, Database, Transport Control Protocol / Internet Protocol networking concepts, Telecom network, and Signaling
5 years of engineering/technical experience in Telco Domain.
Experience with Solution Architecture, Hight Level, and Low-Level Design creation.
Strong Network integration experience and proven experience in troubleshooting in the above environments.
Proven track record in engaging with customers and problem solving as needed.
Analytical learning and researching skills
Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
Oral and verbal communication, critical and analytical thinking and problem-solving.
