Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the financial closing process.
Perform account reconciliations to ensure that financial statements are accurate and complete.
Prepare financial statements.
Collaborate with auditors during financial audits to provide documentation, explanations, and support for the closing process and financial records.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS), tax regulations, and internal accounting policies.
Required Skills:
Must be CPA.
More than 8-10 broad general accounting experience in intercompany transaction, whose adept to foreign exchange, foreign transaction
Big 4 accounting background preferred.
Must have intercompany transactions (Expense, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable)
Must have exposure in US.
Audit experience - must have 2-3 years preferred.
