The role of the CLINICAL TRAINER entails providing support to Genfinity business operations. The main responsibility of this position is to deliver the training curriculum needed to support the business units serviced.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Fundamental interactions would include assessing, training, and coaching staff with periodic reporting to stakeholders
Develop content, design modules, evaluate training feedback, and provide recommendations to further enhance training effectivity in line with processes in different lines of business
Conduct comprehensive classroom discussion using innovative teaching strategies and tools
Monitor and document individual progress and provide remediation and direction as needed
Analyze areas for improvement in lieu of meeting performance outcomes
Provide direct feedback to the students and their respective supervisors and Genfinity Management on the learning progress of the students
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Nursing with an active license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission
Current, active, and unrestricted US Mainland License is a plus
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in clinical academe and/or training combined
At least 2 years of experience in the Clinical BPO setting
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, working with dual screens, and general computer literacy
Able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Willing to work in Makati City
