The Role
You will report to the Clinical Operations Lead. Your main roles will be managing the 24/7 Helpline network of providers & assisting with Global operations related tasks. Experience manning or supervising crisis helpline responders is a must. Experience with networking for the healthcare or psychological sector is preferred.
What You'll Do
Setting up processes for new clinical products
Main liaison for clinics / organisations partnered with Intellect
Conduct routine & random check-ins to assess quality of service
Keep record of utilisation & reportings
Conduct provider interviews
Assess & manage all services outside of Intellect App
Support in recruitment efforts for providers for the network, focusing on 24/7 Helpline responders and helpline operations.
Overseeing client schedules and referrals
Create protocols and procedures related to Clinical operations
Provide onsite counselling / therapy and other Onsite psychological interventions where needed.
Requirements
Who You Are
Minimum Masters Degree / Post graduate qualifications in Counselling/Psychology/other mental health related
Experience in Counselling/psychotherapy
Experience in Operations/ liaison is preferred
Performs data collection, review, analysis and reporting for clinical operations
Strong competency in Counselling/ psychotherapy ethics and best practice
Believes in bringing mental health support to the world
Experience with building healthcare networks
Based in the Philippines or Malaysia
