JOB DESCRIPTION:
Conducts initial medical assessment of members through vital signs-taking prior to actual consultation with the Primary Care Physician
Queues patient to Primary Care Physician or cost center through Emedcore
Maintains and updates records of daily consultations and procedure
Encourages customer feedback and resolves availment complaints or concerns of members, otherwise elevates them to the PCC Supervisor
LOA issuance for procedures and specialization not available in the clinic
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in any medical allied course
Preferably with clinical experience
At least with 1 year of work experience
