Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform routine procedures (i.e. taking of vital signs, blood pressure, body temperature, heart beat count, administering injections, etc.)
Fill in patient's chart and encode profile on the system.
Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs; Observe symptoms.
Report to the physician observations on patient's condition/symptoms.
Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
Administer patient's medication and provide treatment according to attending physician's order.
Ensure the on time releasing of Medical Results to patients by coordinating with ICT and attending physician (turnaround time: 24 hours for procedures and other tests; 5 working days for ECU and APE).
Ensure the confidentiality of patient records and information; ensure that endorsements made of the patients are correct.
Treat every CMI patient as VIP.
Provide assistance during billing; ensure correctness of the SOA issued to the patient and secure patient signature.
Inform the patient that the results will be emailed or released on specified turnaround time.
Inform patient that they can come back for the interpretation in a month's time.
Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.
Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information; responding to requests; building rapport; and participating in problem-solving methods.
Provide assistance to Dentistry Unit staff and Physicians as needed.
Ensure that all rooms (wellness rooms and consultation rooms) are with enough supplies, beds are properly set, used equipment are decontaminated, tables and surfaces are sanitized; Help maintain Clinic's hygiene and safety.
Report to immediate superior equipment that needs to be scheduled for maintenance, and contact suppliers.
Check emails/messages, reply to patient's request for appointment or queries, and coordinate with the unit/s and Physician/s concerned.
Remind the patients and physicians of their appointments; ask the physicians if they scheduled patients on their committed clinic schedules.
At the end of the day, submit report thru viber of the actual patient count for the day and the expected patient count for the next clinic day.
Assist in monitoring and recording attendance of physicians.
Perform other related task as may be assigned by Management to ensure the provision of premier patient experience.
Education: Graduate of B.S. Nursing; preferably Registered Nurse/Licensed
Minimum Experience: At least 1 year experience
Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, Excellent Customer Service skills, Computer Literate (Word, Excel & Outlook), Adaptable, Fast learner
Competencies: Multi-task efficient, Decisive, Good listener, Values confidentiality
