Job Description
Perform and record vital signs as well as assess the physical and psychological status of patient by means of interview, health history, physical assessment and diagnostic studies.
Set up examination rooms, ensuring that all necessary equipment is ready per procedure to ensure satisfactory service are always offered to patients.
Responsible for performing tasks that are within the scope of his/her educational preparation, knowledge, and permitted by the policies and procedures of company, and other regulatory bodies.
Performs Ancillary procedures in an efficient, competent and caring manner
Projects professional image and follows generally accepted practices regarding interaction with patient, doctors and colleagues. Recognize deviations from normal in physical assessment. Works in collaboration with a physician in in formulating plans for health problems and follow-ups.
Deliver satisfactory patient care services by charting in medical records and maintaining continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Administers vaccines and gives medicine and fluids to patient through injection as directed by physician.
Practice a welcoming, empathetic and enthusiastic approach to patient.
Job Qualification
Must be a Registered Nurse
At least 6-months experience in patient care
Ability meet clinic objectives and deliver high satisfactory services to clients.
Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and prioritize what has to be accomplished first
Knowledge in the rationale of appropriate patient care
Strong understanding of the ethics of confidentiality
Ability to handle difficult situations and diffuse potential problems.
Team player
Good written and verbal communication skills
Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions
Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients
Computer literate
