Responsibilities:
Provide assistance and coordination to training requests and class related inquiries from clients.
Assign trainers to new users and to users requesting training through the Helpdesk, Account managers and Client Success Managers.
Create and promote the Monthly and Adhoc classroom and webinar schedule, as well as Seminar invites to clients.
Issue Certificates of Class Attendance to clients.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree. Computer skills - must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe and Outlook.
With minimal knowledge on CRM applications or is willing to be trained.
Prior administrative or client services experience within a corporate organization is preferred.
Has a professional and friendly demeanor.
Have a keen eye for detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Has an open and growth mindset.
