Your role
This full-time night shift marketing position offers you the freedom to work from the comfort and safety of your own home. You will be clients first line of support, troubleshooting data issues and connecting their data to our tracer platform.
This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized individual with strong communication skills.
Essential details to note.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Salary Range: PHP 75,000 to PHP 113,600
Working Arrangement: Permanent work-from-home
What's required to get hired
Required
3-5 years of experience in relevant business or professional experience - digital media, data analytics - working in a client-facing role with demonstrated strong account management and organizational discipline.
Digital marketing experience and familiarity with digital advertising platforms - Google Marketing Platform (e.g., DV360, SA360, etc.), Social (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.), and programmatic platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, MediaMath, Criteo, Xandr, etc.), either having run campaigns or have reported on campaigns.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Detail-oriented with the ability to project manage, set priorities, and stay organized when working on multiple client requests.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to be the first line of defense in responding to client inquiries and requests.
Nice-to-have
Experience with business intelligence &; data visualization tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI)
Strong foundation in analytics and insights
Familiarity with Site Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, etc.), Verification partners (e.g., DoubleVerify, Moat, IAS, etc.), and E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
Technical skills - SQL
Experience using Zendesk
Here are the tasks you will tackle.
Provide first line support to clients queries and data troubleshooting.
Work on data connection, bringing in client data to the tracer platform.
Perform account management and data management tasks, and troubleshooting.
Provide customer support.
