What is your mission?
As a Client Service Associate, you will be working with our Social Media Account to deliver #happier customer experience through email/phone/chat.
You are also required to perform these job functions:
Provide post-sales customer service and/or troubleshooting support to the client's B2B customers
Support advertising customers and deliver consultative support
Perform data analysis to improve customer's advertising experience and ensure higher ROI
Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and overall customer experience
Who are we looking for?
Completed 2 years in college
At least 6 months of solid BPO experience in a voice account
Can support multiple concurrencies (email, phone, and chat)'
A quiet space to work at and a stable internet connection of 10 MBPS upload and 6 MBPS download speed is highly preferred
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Amenable to work rotating shifts
Can work from home and in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
High school graduates with 2 years solid BPO work experience and college undergrads who completed less than 2 years with at least 1 year of BPO work experience are also welcome to apply!
