The team is responsible for client engagement in regards to BAU activities by monitoring trade / cash / income / corporate action settlements, investigating client inquiries and providing timely updates. We are also responsible for advocating continuous improvement on JPM service delivery for our clients by monitoring and analyzing client issues across the organization. 
 
Job Responsibilities:
Full accountability for the end to end query resolution raised by clients. These queries will include, but not be limited to Trade / Cash settlements and Corporate Actions, Tax and Income.
Building relationships with clients to understand client behavior and requirements  
Participating in analyzing client transactional data in order to identify client trends and behaviors, key operational risks and controls , and to contribute to preparation and presentation of operational data metrics to the our internal business stakeholders.  
Drive resolution and management of client queries, leveraging internal teams globally and regionally as appropriate.  
Identify issues in regards to client service requests and JPM service delivery as well as any daily activities that may impact client satisfaction  
Monitor and resolve risk indicators to ensure that both J.P. Morgan and the client are aware of any issues that may have an adverse financial or reputational impact  
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Management/Cash/Asset Servicing at a Custodian, a stock brokerage firm or a bank with a focus on client services & operations  
Passion for learning and readiness to dive in learning journey to build strong knowledge over global markets and life of client asset under custody.  
Confidence to succeed to be a great team contributor with constructive and positive attitude.  You are expected to maintain continuous development as a professional.   
Strong Risk and Control awareness; ability to identify and escalate risk incident within the firms' risk framework,  
Ability to prioritize workloads and multi task in a dynamic environment  
A great team spirit but also have ability to operate with minimum instruction to complete tasks in a timely manner.  
Ability to follow instructions in a constructive manner understanding purpose and situation to attend.
