As a Client Relation Officer, you will be the bridge between our agency and our clients. Your role will include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Managing client communication across written and verbal channels.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client goals are met.
Identifying opportunities for client growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
Supporting the team in project management and execution of marketing strategies.
Qualifications

Skilled in communication: Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in PR, media relations, or a similar role (internship experience considered).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and media contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing media and client relations strategies.
Maintain and update media contact lists and foster relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
Respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews with company representatives.
Assist in managing social media channels and online brand reputation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication platforms.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitors' media strategies.
