Job Description:
Working Supervisor who supports all aspects of overseeing management Team Leads and Processing staff. Responsible for managing and oversight of pipeline production, turn-times, quality, management of compliance and regulatory standards. Management of staff development and utilize the performance management model as well as monitor department attrition. Daily pipeline management including but not limited to: file accuracy, expected closing dates being met, quality and disputes. Able to remediate complicated/escalated files and scenarios without supervision. Participate in various project and feedback sessions.
Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills, Strong understanding of mortgage documents and mortgage origination processes. Ability to communicate, motivate and foster a high-performance work environment. Individual may work directly with Mortgage Advisory, Bankers, Vendors, and internal/external partners throughout the Mortgage Origination cycle.
Strong knowledge of Federal and State regulatory requirements. Must have strong training/mentoring skills.
