MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
We are looking for a passionate, hard-working and highly skilled Client Operations Analyst to join our fast-growing organization. This person ensures efficiency through data-driven operational procedures in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, and enhanced management reporting.
TASKS:
Review policies and business processes of Growth and Customer Success departments within Sprout;
Monitor & improve effectiveness of processes & documentation for leads flow
Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance and increase cross-departmental engagements
Resolve escalated issues and coordinate with other departments when necessary;
Provide strategic and critical insights relating to Sprout's Growth and Customer Success departments;
Administer CRM tool and ensure that all leads and client data are integrated into one common platform
Recommend tools and processes for improvement of the organization;
Become the owner for data collection and data accuracy in compliance with the Data Privacy Act; and
Measure compliance of different departments in relation to Data Privacy and ISO 27001.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Client Operations Team Lead and Head of Client Operations.
QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:
Bachelor's Degree in business-related courses or any equivalent
At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales, sales operations, sales analytics, client service, or client operations role required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and CRM (preferably HubSpot)
Must have high-level research skills
Must be able to work and adapt in a fast-paced working environment
Must be willing to work in McKinley West, Taguig City
Background in startups are not required but is a plus
