Answer call inquires for all properties
Maintain the accuracy and update all online platforms of the company for marketing (focused on: website, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Join online groups and post company collaterals for promotions and advertising
Process, organize, and monitor lease contracts for notarization
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client management
Keep track of client account records
Maintain and update knowledge on company properties
Create general collaterals for advertising
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Good multitasking and problem-solving skills;
Has basic to intermediate design skills and knows how to use Canva;
Must be passionate in Marketing;
