Main Role:
As a Client Executive you are responsible for the set deliverables of assigned clients. Through hands-on training, you will hone your problem-solving skills to apply them to search optimization strategies that help businesses get new opportunities for driving growth and profit.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the agreed amount of content is published for your client
Ensure your clients secured link totals are met
Attend the meetings for your clients
Train up Jr. Client Managers
Attend team meetings and input ideas to increase the efficiency of the team.
Constantly improve on SEO knowledge.
Work Qualities
Skilled when it comes to keyword research, analytics and other digital marketing techniques
Responsible and can be a productive member of the team
Attention to detail and good at following instructions
Flexibility, a problem solver when it comes to client management and other day to day tasks
Good at collaborating and providing feedback, and accepting feedback from their team
Useful Information
Work Mondays through Fridays; 1:00pm - 9:00pm
Accrued 28 Paid holidays & accrued 4 Sick Leaves
Additional 3 days Paid holidays between Christmas and New Year
3 months probationary period
