Marsh is seeking candidates to join our Affinity Segment as a Client Executive based in Manila, PHL.

You will develop, grow, and maintain the relationship between the organization and clients, with a focus on growth and retention. You will also develop, manage and implement sales strategies. Identifies potential customers and cultivates existing customer relationships to close deals. ​

Ensure smooth sales process from start to finish ensuring service quality and general transactional satisfaction.
Identify, and agree strategies for, clients' risk management, risk financing and insurance needs and objectives
Produce budget proposals and negotiate fees
Host client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist broker and client service teams
Strive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients
Maintain account relationships and work to ensure the business is viewed as a preferred vendor.
Keep abreast of Industry developments and trends, participate in events and conferences representing the Company and have a broad and powerful professional network.
Participate in sales training events and other professional development courses.
What you need to have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree
Proven experience in insurance / insurance brokerage industries, preferably in a client-facing role
Extensive knowledge of Affinity programs and offering structure;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Negotiating and Influencing skills;
Analytical and problem solving skills;
Fluent in written and spoken English.
