JOB BRIEF :
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic CLIENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
-Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
-Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
-Conducts face-to-face presentation to potential clients
-Achieve sales, market share and revenue objectives for WAV's products and services.
-Responsible for corporate lead generation, cold calls, and sales negotiation to potential customers.
-Ensures sales tactical plans are executed by providing regular updates on sales progress.
-Ensures healthy development of sales pipeline.
-Meet performance targets / sales quotas as set by the company in line with sales and overall business strategies.
-Leads in delivering revenue sales from corporate accounts, large or small and from any market segment.
-Recommends new opportunities, profit and service improvement to the company
-Hunt for new leads and convert them into sales opportunities
-Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
-Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
-Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
REQUIREMENTS :
-Proven sales track record (3-4 years B2B / Corporate Sales experience)
-Proven working experience as a business development representative, sales representative or a relevant role
-Experience in customer support is a plus
-Proficiency in English
-Market knowledge
-Communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to build rapport
-Time management and planning skills
-BS/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
-Preferably living within Metro Manila
-Can start immediately
-Must be willing to report in Makati City
