ROLE SUMMARY : Enters information received by claims processors accurately into the system Provides administrative support as needed.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :        
•             Provides data entry support to the claims department.
•             Daily contact with all internal departments as well as policy holders, veterinarians and clinic staff.
•             Enters information received by claims processors accurately into the system
•             Provides administrative support as needed.
•             Attends and participates in team meetings as needed.
•             Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS :
•             60+ Words per minute typing speed
•             Previous experience or training in office / administrative support
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
•             Strong computer skills
•             Strong customer service skills
•             Excellent oral and written communication skills
