Job Description
Ø Process claims, provide assistance to customers and administrative staff
Ø Manage insurance claims where they are responsible for determining the validity of a claim
Ø Compile reports and communicate regularly with Supervisors/Managers regarding the status of claims
Ø Must stay up-to-date on Insurance Regulations.
Ø Evaluates all the claim documents received and making sure that correct assessment is done in making decision if the claims are acceptable and payable or deem to be denied.
