- Business development(sales) activities; Tele-marketing(cold-call...), Physical & Online meeting with potential clients, presentations...
- Should lead/guide BD team members to work properly, also to grow them.
- P&L analysis, at least having a basic financial understanding.
- Design/build a short to mid-term BD plans.
- Should understand RFI, prepare for building a proper quotation(quote) on RFQ/RFP
- Good at MS Office (Excel / Powerpoint)
- Managing a weekly/monthly BD progress report to the management.
- Building a good relationship with partners.
- Exposure to BD in Contract Logistics (Warehousing & Distribution) business, 8 - 12 years.
- Market intelligence in competitors, trend, clients and other CL related.
- Preferred to have a certain period of Operation experience or understanding on operational process
Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration or Finance.
Preferred: MBA
Work Experience: At least ten (10) years of related work experience in business development, corporate finance or private equity. Proven experience in developing and implementing projects or new businesses.
Preferred: Experience in logistics
