Performing project elements
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposal and plans; conferring with management.
Determines project specifications by studying product design and performance standards; completing technical studies.
Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
Controls project plan by reviewing design, specification, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from client.
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
Conducts inspection on all construction works performed on a continual basic for compliance with the current drawings & specifications.
Prepares standardized quality procedures on construction management activities and inspection criterion/checklist which shall be implemented in the job site.
In charge in overall planning coordinating, supervision and schedule management of assigned construction projects.
Ensures the work performed meets quality of workmanship expect per project.
Monitoring and Documents custodian
Keeping and checking plans, drawings and BOQ to ensure all calculations are accurate.
Prepares status reports and updates with regard to construction and regularly monitors schedules.
Keep the records of estimates for reference of Purchased orders reference.
To monitor and make request on equipment, tools and materials needed at project site.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
