Job Description
Establish and implement effective planning and scheduling procedures
Ensure that controls are in place to maintain proper planning and monitoring of projects
Take a lead in the development of construction program
Generate and regularly update the material procurement schedule
Develop, implement and regularly evaluate the work productivity rates
Assess the impact of scope changes, additional works and delays and recommend timely remedial measures
Qualifications:
With license in Civil Engineering
With solid experience in civil related projects such as roads, bridges, tunnels, railways, airports, etc.
Worked in General Contractors before
Well versed in MS Project
