Qualifications:
Candidate must be a licensed Civil Engineer;
Must have at least two (2) to four (4) years of work experience in a Civil Works/Construction/Structural
Tower Erection/Retrofitting or Telecommunication experience is required for this position
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and estimating accuracy required.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects
Consider construction costs, government regulations, potential environmental hazards, and other factors in planning stages and risk analysis.
Provide cost estimates for materials, equipment, or labor to determine a project's economic feasibility.
Maintains positive relations with clients, subcontractors and vendors.
Deciphering and analyzing bid specifications, schematics and drawings in order to prepare detailed and accurate estimates/packages.
Calculates cost by analyzing labor, material and time requirements
Oversee and manage change orders during project progression
