• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree or
Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
Qualifications:
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft office application, AutoCad and any Construction Costing and scheduling tools.
• Equipped and Knowledgeable with vertical construction.
• Proficient in cost estimating, plan review and implementation, quality assurance, performance monitoring, and billing.
• Good character and good communication skills.
• Smart and can managed subcontractors
