Qualifications
At least 2-3 years experience in residential and/or commercial construction 
Knows how to supervise Structural and Architectural works
Knowledgeable in the following:
Excel & MS Project/Primavera 
Produce S-curve (financial and physical)
Rebar cutting list & concreting works
Architectural/finishing works
Planning, Scheduling, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling projects
Knows how to drive (for site visits)
