The information security analyst is responsible for managing roles and access privileges within a variety of enterprise applications and systems. The objective of the role is to administer access to users within compliance to the set information security policies and standards.
Information Security Analysts in a Solution Center Team are expected to:
Demonstrate an understanding of the control layer performed by identity and access management in the different systems
Provide phone support on a day-to-day basis and scheduled support during weekends and public holidays on a rotation frequency
Support the solution center operations starting at 5am/6am Manila time
Handle customer interactions in a manner adhering to the customer service guidelines
Execute customer requests within operational thresholds of timeliness and accuracy
Provide troubleshooting support on system access related issues
Have good team working skills and ability to work under pressure
Manage multiple tasks with strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, both oral and written
Identify opportunities to improve information security controls for supported systems
Analyze and interpret request volumes to make sound judgement to day-to-day output and improve the process
Demonstrate particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by complying with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and reporting control issues with transparency
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
Advantages ​:
Proficient in Microsoft Office products with a strong emphasis on MS Excel
Proven excellent customer relationship management skills
