The GIDA Infrastructure Manager is a senior management level position and is a critical role responsible for managing service delivery across all infrastructure platforms in the APAC region. This includes management of -50 employees as a Manager of managers and reporting directly to the GIDA Site Head. This includes full people management responsibilities, such as ensuring motivation and development of all managed employees.
The GIDA Infrastructure teams are organized based on the various technology platforms, most of which follow both global standards as well as region-specific requirements. There is a significant amount of ongoing interaction between the GIDA Infrastructure teams and the technology partners from the various sectors and countries within the APAC region. GIDA's Infrastructure teams play a key role in most technology projects in the region, including Data Center setups and server migration, system cut-over, as well as business continuity and disaster recovery activities.
The GIDA Infrastructure Manager is responsible for managing the technology stakeholders while continuing to foster the partnership across the various groups.
A key area that falls under the management of the GIDA Infrastructure teams is support for Privileged IDs. These are IDs which have elevated rights in the various technology platforms and involves more stringent control requirements, both from a Citi Policy perspective as well as country regulatory requirements. As such, this function is heavily regulated and is constantly subjected to audits and reviews. The GIDA Infrastructure Manager is responsible for managing these engagements while partnering with CISO and both Business and Technology partners.
The GIDA Infrastructure manager will be fully responsible for volume, quality, and timeliness of service delivery for the managed portfolio. Hence, this position is expected to utilize operational metrics in execution of these responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Full people management responsibility including recruitment, development and retention of employees.
Handle simple thru complex, multi-tiered escalations, problems by utilizing key information security administration practices, policies and providing excellent customer service. Lead and resolve severity escalations and identify root cause and creating corrective action plans
Evaluate operations across to achieve maximum operational improvements, via establishment of best practices, cost effective services/products, audit controls and operational reporting.
Working with the GIDA Global Process Owners to develop and deploy GIDA's global processes across the GIDA site
Implement a metrics driven, performance management culture across the Site. Working with the GIDA Global Process Owner to assess the performance of the service delivery operations at the Site and develop appropriate actions to improve performance against goals.
Develop and manage security solutions for multiple functional areas in partnerships with business or program coordinators in other disciplines.
Partner with the Regional Information Security Head (RISO) and Regional Operations
& Technology Risk & Control to manage any regulatory or audit related asks including process walkthroughs and/or deliverables. * By partnering with GIDA Risk & Control Lead, ensure adequate Risk and Control processes are in place in all business functions performed at the Site and support the audit process
Execute business process reengineering and increased productivity through consolidation, standardization and technology efficiencies in GIDA products and services.
Ensure that all standards of quality, timeliness and cost efficiency requirements are met.
Support the GIDA Site Head in meeting any ad hoc requirements from IS related to process design
Complete all tasks in connection with the organization's activity but not detailed in the current job description, charged by the direct manager, supervisor, or the functional head.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher with a concentration in Technology or Computer Science related field preferred
Information Security certification, such as CISA, CISM, CRISK, CISSP, is an advantage
Experience in large operations management, process reengineering, transformation initiatives and driving standardization
8-10 years of relevant experience, to include experience in operations functions and 3-5 years' managerial experience
Knowledge of Risk and Control in an operational environment
High quality orientation to include knowledge of related compliance/audit requirements.
Experience working in shared services environment AND / OR knowledge of the dynamics of work migration and project management
Analytical skills and ability to use metrics in business decision making
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong people management skills
