The Role
Transaction Management roles are responsible for processing, clearing, servicing, researching and/or settling transactions, as well as reviewing and processing legal or custodial documents.
Responsibilities
Performs research and analysis to resolve non-routine transaction issues of moderate complexity that may span multiple transactions and stakeholders.
This role regularly uses independent judgment as well as technical, operational, and regulatory experience to resolve exceptions and propose solutions.
Serves as an escalation point for specialists.
