Job Description:
Serve as main contact of the team to requestors and senior management. Answer emails pertaining to those relationships and demonstrate ability to resolve queries quickly and accurately
Tasked with completing ad-hoc reporting as necessary such as the preparation of reports, system extracts, audit requests, etc
Perform call as necessary to fund managers in order chase confirmations of fund details.
Perform EOD process to ensure all deliverables were met timely and accurately and that exceptions are appropriately noted
Attend and drive internal and external client meetings, to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded; ensure resolution of follow up items
Active involvement in projects within the team and the Managed Funds department including, but not limited to, client on-boardings, system testing, etc
Identify and action priority items within appropriate timeframes; Escalate issues as necessary; relentlessly resolve aged items.
Follow JPMorgan's established processes and procedures during daily work. Look to modify/iterate processes and procedures constantly to improve accuracy, reduce redundancy and mitigate risk
Work in progressively improving skills of the team and retaining talented members by providing guidance to develop and enhance skills.
Retain a layer bench strength capacity to avoid business disruption
