Overview
The Manager will support Client Account Services operational activities across several products and remediation projects (i.e. regulatory requirements and control/risk related issues). The role will involve working with client agreements and related documentation. The analyst will be required to review documents to ensure they satisfactorily meet specific outlined requirements. Additionally, the analyst will be expected to contribute to a team, maintain an understanding of client documents, and demonstrate an understanding/application of policies and procedures.
As a Manager, your role will be:
Understand process end to end
Ensure daily tasks are duly completed
Ensure relevant and adequate controls are in place and applied
Support primary stakeholders with their queries
Partner with Operations, Technology
Question existing process and find more efficient solutions
Perform UAT testing and do reporting as needed
Escalate any issues immediately as per Escalation Matrix
Essential Skills & Experience
MBA / College Degree
At least 3 years of experience in Banking Reference Data / Middle Office / Custody / Processing experience in financial services environment with an overall work experience of 8 years
Candidates with in depth understanding of Static Data Reference and system data automation are preferred
Excellent time management and prioritization skills and highly result oriented
Focus on quality and controlled environment.
Attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through.
Client focused and able to deliver on complex tasks
Drives initiative within the team and can motivate and direct the team in the right direction.
Excellent written & spoken English communication skills.

Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deliverables
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications
