The candidate joining our group will be expected to lead high-impact initiatives on People, Process and Technology with senior leadership visibility.
Manage and execute complex projects and ensure that project deliverables are met with the appropriate due diligence and system integration
Work with a team of stakeholders across multiple groups including the front office, product development, core operations, technology, Client Service, and work closely with APAC and WHEM partners on global initiatives
Follow industry-leading technology trends and recommend strategic implementation for the benefit of the businesses
Provide transparency to management through project governance by ensuring deadlines are met, strategic initiatives are delivered within budget, and strong adherence to risk mitigation
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure project meets expected results
Identify and facilitate issue resolution and escalate where applicable
Business process re-engineering
Help analyze system infrastructure and existing process flows to determine gaps or opportunities for productivity
Document business requirements by working with the operations and Product team. The individual should be able to articulate business requirements clearly to technology and product development teams.
Monitor, track and report project milestones and timeline
Participate in meetings at the operational and project level, providing continuous feedback on project status, UAT management, and production deployment
Full understanding of business landscape, products, infrastructure and control environment
Support business units in the development and execution of acceptance test plans for a successful implementation
Lead all aspects of strategic projects for EMEA Core Cash and help the businesses manage their strategic development plans
Ability to represent team in key senior Project Delivery meetings
Produce summary presentations and overview materials for program stakeholders
Understand resiliency planning, budget and headcount forecasting
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of payment operations experience (EMEA Operations preferred)
A track record of involvement in change program implementing new business processes and controls
Good balance between analytical skills and interpersonal skills
Candidates with prior experience for implementing projects leveraging Robotics and Block chain technology are preferred.
Ability to face off to very demanding stakeholders, large scale impact program execution
Strong understanding of the Cash transaction lifecycle & cash management
Delivers prepared presentations well; can provide clear, well-reasoned answers to questions; prepares and sets the agenda for team meetings
Problem solving skills to identify, understand and address operational and technical issues
Begins to apply structure to well-defined problems and issues with guidance; returns correct quantitative and qualitative results the first time
Skills:
Builds a clear vision of digital capabilities and continually coaches others to expand their skills and drive transformation aligned to business strategy; Exposure to RPA; Alteryx; Xceptor; Tableau tools to drive automation and visualization
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of our products, systems and end to end processes, and keeps abreast of market and industry trends
Applies innovation and design thinking techniques to continually challenge and improve the efficiency, scale, and resilience of our operating platform
Builds long term, trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders in order to deliver solutions that create strategic value
Understands the systems landscape that supports the Business services, and the main features and functionality of each key application in use
