Position Overview Job Title: CIB Operations - E-Commerce Trading Client Specialist - Associate/Senior Analyst Location: Manila Corporate Title : Associate/Senior Analyst Deutsche Bank's eCommerce Client Services team (eCS) are recruiting for electronic trading client support for the Autobahn Trading franchise. The team is responsible for managing the requirements of Deutsche Bank's Direct Market Access (DMA) clients which incorporates Foreign Exchange, Listed Derivatives, and Fixed Income products. Providing support for platform delivery, risk management of orders/positions when connectivity is lost, working with clients to resolve trading issues, testing, and demonstrating new products/functionality are key areas to manage. eCS supports a global client customer base using the multi award winning Autobahn franchise. eCS operates as a 24x6 global model with an emphasis on team collaboration across the global day, involving working with management in Sales, Trading, Product, and Technology in addition to team colleagues. What We'll Offer You Competitive Salary Attractive Retirement Benefit Medical and Life Insurance upon employment 20 days Annual Vacation Leaves Your Key Responsibilities Manage client orders during technical outages, checking position totals, & reconciling to exchanges; understand Algorithmic trading functionality and strategies to support clients Contribute and motivate team both directly and remotely in a demanding and highly visible role; responsible for team delivering on local and global initiatives Develop strong relationships with our client base to ensure their requirements are met daily and for new offerings Monitor and manage trading flow for FIX DMA, algorithmic trading, proprietary trading applications, and third-party trading offerings, ensuring smooth transition onto e-trading platforms for new and existing clients Managing effective communication channels with clients daily and during technical incidents Regulatory controls/procedures for Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and MiFID II controls; improve controls on an ongoing basis in a changing regulatory environment; effectively manage risk to the Bank and Clients Your Skills And Experience Strong work ethic with client centric and reliable team player mindset; excellent prioritization and time management skills; keen learner with flexibility to adapt and grow within the role; ability to multi-task and keep clear, accurate status reports Will be expected to develop credibility and a good reputation and demonstrate integrity with clients and colleagues; demonstrate accountability and seeks aide from management when appropriate; display insight and ability in identifying issues and contribute towards resolution; accurate, thorough, and highly responsible with a good attention to detail Favourable technical skills i.e., Macro building, MS Excel, or similar; knowledge of FIX protocol is advantageous but not essential Relevant product experience in Listed Derivatives/FX/Fixed Income is advantageous but not strictly essential Exposure to Algo order types is advantageous but not strictly essential Amendable to a fixed term contract for 5 months How We'll Support You Training and development to help you excel in your career Coaching and support from experts in your team A culture of continuous learning to aid progression About Us And Our Teams Deutsche Bank is the leading German bank with strong European roots and a global network.
