Job Description:
As a Transaction Processing Senior Analyst you'll be responsible for the operational management and control of the daily workflow within Managed Funds Accounting.
Responsibilities:
Processing of authorized client instructions for Managed Fund investments into Unlisted Trusts in a timely manner
Receipt and process of all UUT income in a timely payment
Daily Clearance of Cash and Asset reconciliations (Hiport/WINS/GTI/Nostro)
Completion of Daily Transaction Recs on traded positions
Monthly Completion of Unit Fund Manager Reconciliations.
Asset and other static data set up and maintenance on the various internal systems.
Perform Year End Income Reconciliations including Tax Deferred Adjustments
Present Entitlement reporting to clients ensuring in line with Australian Taxation
Standards * Interpretation of tax statement ensuring all tax legislation is adhered to when
processing in Hiport
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
