Job title: OPFS04/Fund Servicing Specialist IV
Department: Global Bank Loan Administration
JPMorgan delivers an extensive solution for different Fund Managers seeking independent administration and custody services as well as outsourcing of their day-to-day operations.
The Bank Loans team has the responsibility for providing a premium quality client service to Fund Services clients, ensuring deadlines are met at all times.

Reporting to Fund Servicing Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Day to day operation of a fund or funds within Bank Loans , including trade booking, cash, positions and market value reconciliations, break research and resolution and client issue management
Work with the Officer to develop goals and ensure they are reached
Complete daily/monthly work process and ensure daily and monthly checklists are signed off and executed properly
Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the funds that they are working on.
Full knowledge of all asset types within the funds.
Timely escalation of any potential issues to the Officer / AVP
Responsible for highlighting areas of weakness / risk in the team.
Profile:
Participate in the development of goals and execution of strategies within the department
Ability to interface with management
Demonstrate ability to think logically and proactively identify issues and implement solutions
Strong organisational skills, concern for quality & accuracy and working to strict deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation
A willingness to work hard and go beyond expectations

Requirements:
A University Degree is required.
Working knowledge of financial data providers such as Bloomberg, Financial Times Interactive Data, MarkIt Partners is preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience with implementing process improvement methodology and/or demonstrated experience with efficiency improvement
Note:
Shifts (DST): 10am to 7pm (Mla) ; 12nn to 9pm (Mla)
Monday- Friday
Shift rotation periodically
Overtime work anticipated every month end and Quarter end
Vacation Leave approval process: Max allowable leaves daily and Critical days have been identified for the year (month end and Quarter end, December to January 15 (Blackout days)
Works during Philippine Holidays with applicable Holiday premium paid depending on level.
