Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Process or perform review of instructions received via the input sources into the accounting systems as per procedures (SOP)
Perform reconciliation between registry reports and accounting systems and investigate any breach
Analyse cash reconciliation breaks coded to the team and process/query as applicable
Be involved in projects for the team, perform testing as applicable
Manage and respond to queries from internal/external stakeholders
Demonstrate personal excellence including punctuality, integrity and accountability
Qualifications/Requirements
Subject matter expertise in fund accounting or strong financial markets product knowledge preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including taking the initiative to drive change and enhance controls
Self-starter and ability to learn quickly
Ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients as required
Proactive in identifying and escalating issues
Ability to complete projects with limited supervision
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting
Minimum one year of relevant work experience in Fund Accounting or Transaction processing/documentation for financial products.
