Job Description:
The role comprises:
Assisting in the composition of client communications and related business reports and amending email formats in order to address client experience requirements
Creating and maintaining of approvals and records to support execution of client outreach
Gaining a general knowledge of Wholesale Payments, Merchant Services & J.P. Morgan
Liaison with the product and commercialization teams to ensure accuracy of delivered messages
Managing projects to completion, including responsibility for production of the final document both email and paper delivery if applicable
Logging and tracking work as required by team procedures
Proactively identifying potential process improvements and ways to increase the team's efficiency
Responding to ad hoc communications requests from the product team
Development of effective working relationships with key internal clients, including product, commercialization and payment network office
To assist the Marketo execution team where required to format landing pages and other communications assets Skills
The ability to manage multiple activities concurrently and prioritize work under pressure to meet tight deadlines is critical to the role
Self-sufficient to take initiative and ownership while supporting the stakeholder teams
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to pay rigorous attention to detail, focus on high quality
Intermediate level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat) skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders (up to Executive Director) in various global locations
Manage own workflow and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Capacity to act as a team player, combined with the ability to work on own initiative in terms of organisation and prioritising Experience (Required)
3 years in banking
Content management experience
Maintaining, proofreading/editing in a business context (e.g. email formats, procedures, guides etc.)
Working in a virtual team or partnering with team-members/stakeholders in other locations
Strong experience working on Microsoft Excel reports Experience (Nice to Have)
Knowledge of SharePoint / Marketing automation email deployment tools
Financial Industry background Qualifications
College degree (BA or BS) required; preferably in banking, business management or marketing
