JOB IDENTIFICATION
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing
Drive markets products for Financial Institutions, Non Bank Financial Institutions and Corporate clients
Provide marcro, business, and product update to qualified institutional clients and internal stakeholders
Expand revenue impact by proactively strengthening existing senior client relationships across qualified financial institutions and corporate clients
Take appropriate steps to get to know existing and prospective clients from a variety of angles to ensure comprehensive understanding of their organization
Build foundation of trust with clients by demonstrating an understanding of their needs, clearly articulating desk ideas, and being responsive
Help drive product improvements to meet changing client needs
Mentoring
Mentor team members as well as other analysts / associates to enable them to reach their career goals within the firm
Provide developmental feedback to team members and encourage performance improvement
Others
Prioritize resource allocation across clients and products to maximize revenue generation
Lead the Local Markets Sales team in coming up with strategic short and long term goals and ensure that the team can successfully meet them
Ensure risks on a deal / product are appropriately identified, and are measurable and monitorable in firm's systems
Take ownership for thinking ahead to identify potential future issues, escalate red flags and help resolve them
Understand the firm's approach and policies for managing risks in relevant business and applicable legal and regulatory rules, and follows policies
Perform other duties / projects as may be assigned from time to time by senior managers
