Job Description : Key Responsibilities: * Act as a champion and driver of data quality program with operations and broader business * Design and develop data quality checks to identify anomalies in the firms strategic data quality tool - OwlDQ Job Description : Key Responsibilities: Act as a champion and driver of data quality program with operations and broader business Design and develop data quality checks to identify anomalies in the firms strategic data quality tool - OwlDQ Implement and operationalize agreed OwlDQ process with operational data quality leads Deeply understand OwlDQ functions and keep abreast of any issues and bugs with other team members Participate in working groups and provide input to Data Quality steerco as required Participate in weekly data quality tool training with vendor, providing examples of any issues identified Qualifications: At least 2 years global financial industry experience within top tier investment management or financial services firm Demonstrated experience wrangling large data sets, leading root cause analysis and translating insights into decisions Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a curiosity to get to the bottom of 'why' and to answer the 'so what' Self-starter who drives results, is extremely meticulous in approach to work with outstanding attention to detail Ability to articulate technical data concepts and insights to stakeholders with different levels of data literacy Strong communication, collaboration skills with experience engaging with project teams and regional operational teams A passion for all things data, that naturally drives others to 'come on the data journey' with you
