At least 25 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s):
Proven experience as CFO, finance head or relevant role in a multinational environment
Must have experience in preparation of TPA and intercompany service agreement
International financial oversight experience (Preferably in EU)
Must have a working relationship with BIR and SEC.
Exposure to handling BIR audits
With exposure BSP - AMLA regularization
In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
Proven experience of relevant financial modelling, analysis and reporting experience with proven track record of forecasting and budgeting
Extensive experience developing and monitoring operating and capital budgets and creating insightful, actionable reporting and measurement protocols.
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
Ability to strategize and solve problems
Creative thinker who can quickly develop innovative ideas across various business units.
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and people skills
An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
Must be a CFA, with MBA, or with CFA certification an advantage
CPA Lawyer preferably or knowledge of Corporate Law
Preferably CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Director specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
Jobs Scope:
The CFO must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader since all relative departments of the organization will be under their command.

Responsibilities
- Drive the company's financial and tax planning (local and international setting)
- Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments
- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
- Control and evaluate the organization's capital structure
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations
- Manage relationships with banks and government institutions (SEC, BIR, BSP, etc.)
- Manage vendor relationships
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system
- Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies
- Manage team of accountants, admin and/or financial analysts.
