Job Description:
Provides analysis of monthly financial results, including the interpretation of current month performance information as a predictive tool to attain the full year performance expectations.
Control and evaluate the organization's fund raising plans and capital structure
Creates and manages effective financial and operational metric system to provide management with concise information in line with the company's performance.
Execute programs and coordinate the long-range plans of the company, assess the financial requirements implicit in these plans and develop alternative ways.
Oversees all aspects of accounting, including cash flow planning, reporting, organizational and departmental budget and forecasting.
Responsible to ensure company compliance with financial regulations and standards, financial aspects of all company transactions, maintenance of appropriate financial records, insures audits are completed in timely manner and statutory book closing occur.
Responsible for overseeing the budget process, collecting the inputs and comparing the company's actual performance with budget estimation.
Controls cash flow report of the company, understand the sources and uses of cash and maintain the sources and uses of cash and maintain the integrity of funds, securities and other valuable documents.
Accountable for financial and risk management operations of the company
Develop a financial and operational strategy metrics.
Perform innovative tax planning to maximize possible tax incentives and minimize tax exposure.
To be able to implement and manage computerized accounting system.
Other task that may be assigned from time to time.
