Job Description
Financial Reporting Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statement
Provide regular financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
Budgeting and Forecasting Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with other departments
Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis
Cash Management Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs
Tax Planning and Compliance:Coordinate tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.  Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as needed
Financial Controls and Risk Management: Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or similar fields.
Proven experience in accounting and financial management (public and corporate), with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role
Additional Information:
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
Experience in retail trading, hotel and restaurant operations.
