Job Description
Check the freshness of food and ingredients.
Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.
Develop recipes and determine how to present dishes.
Plan menus and ensure the quality of meals.
Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
With at least 2 years course in related to HRM (Graduate)
With at least 3 years of work experience in Hotel, Restaurant or Cruise Ship
Preferably with training related Certificates
